                    ![]()  One year I decided to revamp the dash website. December turned into January, and before I knew it, the leaves started to change as I looked at a blank template in November. Enough was enough. One weekend I designed the whole thing and published it Monday. And guess what? It looked great & it was done. Find your inner entrepreneur and keep things moving forward!

                    ![]()  Change and stagnation are both scary, but we choose the better future. Everyone loves a problem solver — optimism is fuel for progress and contagious to those around you.

                    ![]()  In a world full of comparison, it’s easy to feel like you’re not doing enough. As cliché as it sounds, life’s a marathon with no easy buttons. Reinforce your actions with positive expectations, and you’ll find more positive results.

                    ![]()  n our first year as a studio we yelled at a client (yikes). Only time in ten years. Our emotions got the best of us. We were being disrespected and took a stand. But the problem wasn't the client, It was on us for saying yes to a project we knew would be problematic (and not trusting our gut). I promise, you'll never look back on a moment like that well. It's never worth it. To quote Michelle Obama, "when they go low, we go high." You’ll always be proud of handling those situations with class!

                    ![]()  Shoutout to our EP, Meryn Hayes, for this one. Clients and creatives live in constant flux — deadlines, feedback, last-minute asks. Prioritize yourself as much as your work. Don’t let joy drift too far away by making sure you have something to look forward too - it’s the antidote to burnout.

                    ![]()  From managing teams to communicating with clients, remember — we’re all human. Lead with empathy, kindness, and respect. Great relationships make for even better work.

                    ![]()  Some days are hard, others harder. Picture your day like a glass you’re filling — some days it’s full, others half. It all averages out, but the key is consistency. You just have to show up!

                    ![]()  On the good days, you’ll be a dreamer. On the bad ones, imposter syndrome creeps in. Design is subjective, but process is not. Trust your process and stick to the plan — it will carry you through.

                    ![]()  When we started, we had no clue how to run a company. Creative? Yes. Business? Not so much. From local support to creative conferences, we learned the industry wants to see you succeed. Ask for help — it’ll make you stronger.

                    ![]()  Every mistake we’ve made came from ignoring our instincts. Your gut is right 9 times out of 10, even when the money or politics of business try to steer you otherwise.
